1. Наименование клана.
2. Состав клана, участвующий в турнире (участники клана не вошедшие в заявленный состав к играм турнира не допускаются).
3. Контактные данные представителей клана (Skype или ICQ).
4. Подтверждение оплаты стоимости участия в турнире. For participation in tournament, it is necessary to issue the demand under the following form:

2. The structure of a clan participating in tournament (participants of a clan not entered into the declared structure to tournament yokes aren't supposed).
3. A contact information of representatives of a clan (Skype or ICQ).
